How fast is water delivered?
Orders booked before 11:00 AM are delivered same-day in our live routes (Johar Town, DHA, Lake City, Nawab Town, etc.). Afternoon bookings are dispatched the next morning slot.
What is the bottle policy?
1-to-1 refill exchange is flat Rs. 220/- per 19L bottle if you have standard empty cans. For new accounts without empties, brand-new 19L food-grade polycarbonate bottles are provided at Rs. 1,300/- outright.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Raast Instant QR Payment, and Online Bank Transfers upon doorstep delivery handoff.
Do you offer corporate or office rates?
Yes! We provide dedicated corporate hydration plans with monthly consolidated invoicing, water dispenser sanitization, and priority morning dispatch.
